Our New Beginning…

This January 2022, it’s time for a change. A change for good.

Important Announcement:

After careful consideration of how we’ve been curating and sharing information, we realized it’s time for change…

Over the last few years, we’ve been providing you with research-based facts and information about all things sex and sexuality, ranging from topics like non-monogamy and the science of sex, to those a bit more ‘woo-woo,’ like the intersection of sex and light. We’ve been curators, but what we really want to do is INSPIRE YOU to take command of your sexual biography.

Our ‘sexual self’ starts to develop very early in our lives, and it’s an aspect of ourselves that many of us rarely pay as much attention to as others. Yet, it determines SO MUCH of our satisfaction and fulfillment and even the way we navigate our relationships in the world.

Given this common void, we’re *dropping our structure* of monthly themes to get the conversation, journaling and reflection going around what it means and what it could mean for ourselves and the world to have a wholly-embraced sexual self.

We will continue to educate you, but we will aim to be that little voice in your head that encourages you to find your own answers, your own path, your own sensual self…and to embody them fully.

Classes at My Sex Bio Studio will continue, and we look to craft new ways for you to have safe, inclusive and inviting spaces to explore yourself. We’re in talks with some of your existing favorite My Sex Bio Studio facilitators as well as new educators who have dedicated their lives to understanding how this human experience works and how we can better navigate it.

Our previous monthly theme emails will now become round-ups and content highlights for the month. Here’s what we will continue to explore and share:

  • What is your sexual biography and how can you use reflection to better understand and expand (if you wish) your sexual self?

  • Journal prompts inviting you to explore your sexual story.

  • Curated information and educational content on topics such as navigating relationships, self-care, communicating your desires, how bodies work, and more.

  • Plus more educational material from our numerous partners via Carnal Theory, Lives, Youtube Talks and much more!

Join us for conversation in our unique classes and workshops held virtually and welcome to ALL!

We hope you’re as excited as we are for 2022. IT'S ABOUT TO GET INTIMATE!

Write Your Sexual Biography

The verb 'to love' may seem very short, but it contains deep complexity. That is why today we want to invite you to explore the sensations you experience when you love and are loved.

Set aside a few minutes, grab a pen and paper, and answer these questions:

❤️ What is love to you?
❤️ What made you feel loved when you were a kid?
❤️ What made you feel loved when you were a teenager?
❤️ What makes you feel loved today?
❤️ How do you express love to others?
