Abba Carmichael (she/her)
Vision Nurturer / Founder
Abba believes that through the removal of shame and fear around sex and sexuality that each of us can live more authentic, peaceful lives. She founded My Sexual Biography (My Sex Bio) as a platform to disseminate this message and the education and resources needed to ignite a 21st century sexual reclamation.
She invites you to start your own reclamation by taking command of your sexual biography. Educate yourself. Empower yourself and your community. Give your sexual story reflection and know that YOU are in control.
Andrés Felipe Zapata Cotazo (he/him)
Content Manager
Andres is a student of modern languages. He had a fantastic English teacher who inspired him to pursue teaching and sparked a joy of learning. He thinks everything must start with early education to improve the world and positively impact society. He considers himself a friendly, passionate, thoughtful, innovative and creative person. His family and close friends mean everything to him, and he always tries to be there for them. He loves music and is a milkshake enthusiast, especially the exotic milkshake of Maracuya. He loves everything related to artistic expressions and art creation. He joined My Sex Bio because he saw the opportunity to learn more about sex education and aid the work of breaking up taboos and paradigms, which he considers fundamental to improving our society—especially for young people who often lack meaningful, comprehensive information about sexuality.
Amanda Fisher-Katz-Keohane (she/her)
Chief Operations Officer
Amanda has Bachelors degrees in Journalism and Communications, which she has applied in many educational and editorial contexts. She joined the My Sex Bio team in January 2019, after working in the backcountry of New Hampshire.
Over her life, she’s had the privilege of focusing her career in alignment with her personal ethics, working for purpose-driven organizations that are fighting for democracy reform, environmental education, and more.
Victoria Valiente (she/her) Marketing Assistant
Victoria is a literature student, a hopeless reader, and passionate about UX. She is interested in linguistics even though she specializes in Literary Theory at the University of Buenos Aires. She loves rainy days and watching horror series but also going out to nature with friends when the day is shining.
She thinks that she has a lot to learn about My Sex Bio’s mission and is ready to dive in on this project to help people understand their sexuality.
Azul (she/they)
Partnerships + Content Writer
Azul is an energy alchemystic, dancer and poet. Her experience studying global healing arts inspires her work with My Sex Bio to share resources and support for others to overcome traumas, shame and to feel empowered within their bodies and in control of their sexual energy. She hopes to guide others to find more self love and a cosmic connection to our most sensual selves.
Diana Lorena Marin (she/they)
Head of Content & Human Resources
Diana is an English Teacher, Student, and self-professed nerd. She is interested in whatever science has to say, loves nature, challenges, drawing, Japanese stuff, jazz music, poetry, and watching bizarre movies. She joined the My Sex Bio team because she believes everything is better with honesty, purpose, and intention–qualities she saw in the mission of My Sex Bio.
Elham Hemmat
Lead Graphic Designer
Elham is an award-winning graphic designer and visual artist from Iran who now works and lives in Belfast. She holds both a Degree in Visual Communication and a Master in Art and Design, and she works across different disciplines, creating posters, sculptures and paintings focussing on social and cultural issues. Her works have been exhibited in many countries and won several awards including the first prize at the International Biennial of Theatre Poster in Rzeszow, Poland, and the first prize at the Fadjr International Theatre Festival in Teheran, Iran. Her works have also been acquired for public collections, including those of the Museum of Modern Art in Toyama, Japan and the Museum of Human Rights in Canada.
Srishti Verma (she/her)
Content Writer & Editor
Srishti Verma is a content writer and editor. She loves reading and traveling, with a special place for family, children, and dogs in her heart.
You can usually find her eating ice creams and looking at pictures from when she was 2 feet tall and wore cute goggles. She strongly advocates good health, safety, kindness and happiness and works with the My Sex Bio team on that mission.
Diana F. Cardona (she/they)
Digital Visual Designer
Diana is a Digital Visual Designer and an artist who enjoys martial arts and video games. She is interested in languages and the culture behind them. She likes reading, learning about all-things tarot and meditation, and she’s overall curious, likes to learn new things. Diana joined the My Sex Bio team because she thinks it is a unique experience, personally and professionally, that allows room for growth in her life journey.
Lucrezia Costa

Lucrezia is a Master's Student in Sustainable Fashion. She loves art in every form and its power to communicate with people. She has a strong passion for astrology, writing and loves to paint when she needs to clear off her mind.
She truly believes in sexual liberation as the ability of individuals to learn, observe and seek what feels good and right for them. Through My Sex Bio, she hopes to give people tools to navigate their sexual identity.

Elle is a certified Erotic Blueprint™ Breakthrough Coach, certified life coach, and RYT-200 Kripalu yoga teacher. Pierce Delahunt (they)
My Sex Bio Studio Facilitator
Pierce has worked with CISV, Youth Empowered Action, SMASH Academy, and other education programs of various degrees of activism since 2010. They teach social-emotional learning, activism, social justice, and Leftist economics (or as they call it: economics).
Pierce works from the frame that individualist social-emotional learning is insufficient: Our capacity to have fulfilling lives and relationships cannot come at the expense of other communities’ abilities to do the same. If our peace, love, light, and whole-child education movements do not address systemic injustice, then they are none of those things.
Charlotte
Founder, Movement Designed to Feel Good
Charlotte uses her 20+ years of professional movement experience and unmatched energy as a catalyst for creating positive wellness experiences. She believes that her students deserve to feel good, in the body they already have and has tried to impart this throughout her teaching and performance career. When she’s not moving with others, she can be found eating chocolate, making homemade face masks with her sisters, and finding ways to support the organizations listed above! Jennifer Aberman

Jennifer is endlessly passionate about enhancing human connection. After many years of studying and learning from incredible people, Jennifer has turned her learnings of mindfulness, neuroscience, and psychology into a career as a counselor and mindfulness educator. From a holistic approach, Jennifer helps individuals develop stronger foundations to better approach the challenges and opportunities life presents to us, one moment at a time.
Victoria Carrier (she/her)

Originally from the US of A, Victoria has spent most of her younger years traveling and finally found her homestead in the beautiful city of Melbourne. She is a yogi and mindfulness enthusiast who dedicates her time to creating macrame art for her small business and supporting others to find inner peace, balance and confidence. Her workshop, “Take a Break,” at the My Sex Bio Studio has long been one of our most popular.
Amon Elise (she/they)
My Sex Bio Studio Facilitator
Amon Elise is a modern-day sensualist, yogi and poet. At 26, the Floridian finds herself in LA getting involved in her local communities. She is certified in erotic touch by the Atlanta Institute of Tantra and also champions pleasure exploration and knowledge by taking tantric retreats. As a 200hr certified yoga teacher, she teaches private yoga classes, sometimes in the nude. Her poetry tends to focus on sexual liberation and how to make room for your pleasure in life. The end goal of her work is to raise sexual awareness and break down its many, many stigmas so that we may pursue our highest pleasures.
Citra Benazir
My Sex Bio Studio Facilitator
Citra is the author of Pleasure Girls, the founder of Tis the Lyfe (a safe space for volunteers), and the co-founder of Hollaback! Jakarta. With a background in Diplomacy and International Relations, Citra has dedicated her time to volunteerism and activism for social injustice, especially female sexuality and women's rights. She is a feminist, a social advocate, a community organizer, and a force to be reckoned with.
Cadence Tarot (she/her)
My Sex Bio Studio Facilitator
Cadence is an NYC-based tarot reader and intuitive on a mission to help individuals gain clarity and empowerment through spiritual healing. Leveraging astrology and tarot, she partners with clients globally to aid their development of a deeper connection with themselves, their physical environment, and the Divine. Cadence is available for personal tarot readings and natal chart interpretations at cadencehealing@gmail.com
Azul
My Sex Bio Studio Facilitator
Azul created the Meditative Dance workshop inspired by her travels around the world studying healing arts and cultural dance. She is a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher and incorporates breathwork and eclectic sounds in this hour-long guided experience.

Nina Lee Bennett

Nina Lee Bennett is a fictional name, expressing the ideas of a curious and active woman. She was born and raised Mediterranean, with passionate opinions and a loud voice and holds strong to the belief that proper nurturing comes from adequate education. In Worm Eyes View, she found the fertile ground to develop and discuss her opinions and to further enhance her personal mission of valuing vulnerability.
Using My Sex Bio’s monthly themes as inspiration, she provides food for thought regarding sexual education for youth and narrowing the generation gap.

Ro Sandoval (they/she)
Content Writer
Ro is a Yin and Hatha yoga teacher and a PhD candidate in Neuroscience. Through their career training and with a background in critical gender and sexuality studies, Ro is dedicated to engaging in topics of sexual health through an intersectional and interdisciplinary lens. Ro finds their energy through making personalized weekly playlists, spending time with nature, creating ceramic sculptures, and practicing yoga.
Through My Sex Bio, Ro hopes to share resources and knowledge that empower others to find deep connections with themselves and their communities.
Audrey Keohane (she/her)
Financial & Business Development Advisor
Audrey is a recent graduate of Bentley University and focuses much of her work in financial planning. She was (and still is) instrumental in supporting the My Sex Bio Studio launch, the creation of our Carnal Theory podcast and vital business development projects.
When she’s not volunteering for My Sex Bio, Audrey is working towards becoming a CFP, listening to true crime podcasts and playing with her dog Willow.
Shanna Loveman (she/her)
PR Manager
Shanna hails from Southern California with a background in marketing, community relations and humane education. She is deeply interested in the intersectionality of causes and how to cultivate change from the root level. Having learned of My Sex Bio’s mission to promote world peace through accessible and empowering sex education, she was excited to join My Sex Bio’s team and further its community-building efforts!
