About this Event:

The Science of Human Connection with Jennifer

In this interactive workshop, we will build from facilitator Jennifer Aberman’s foundational class, The Science of Human Connection, with a focus on how we can take action.

We’ll dive deeper into the concepts of a "window of tolerance" and our bodies' beautiful ways of keeping us safe! We will go over practical skills, role plays and rewiring our negativity bias in community. You’ll be able to take these skills and apply them to your daily life, enhancing connection within your communities, one moment at a time.

Agenda:
- Short review of the Window of Tolerance
- Discuss & role play skills
- Open discussion: How can we use the Window of Tolerance to connect with more empathy towards others and ourselves?d more!

*Please note: this facilitated discussion is open to those 18 years of age and older. Those under the age of consent must be accompanied by a legal guardian, who must be the person to ultimately purchase admission to our workshops.*
