Recommended Donation: $10

About this Event:

The Science of Human Connection with Jennifer

In this interactive talk with facilitator Jennifer Aberman, we will explore what happens in the brain and body when connecting to ourselves and others. Through engaging lessons and small group discussions, you will learn new ways to optimally connect with others, something that we are all capable of and even hardwired to do.

Jennifer will be addressing the window of tolerance, brain science, fight-flight-freeze responses, mirror neurons, negativity bias, nourishing connections and more!

*Please note: this facilitated discussion is open to those 18 years of age and older. Those under the age of consent must be accompanied by a legal guardian, who must be the person to ultimately purchase admission to our workshops.*
