Memory Lane
The average American opens their phone to take a photo six times a day! What is the point if they all end up in an iCloud abyss? Scroll through your albums and post a photo dump of memories and thoughtful reflections. Delete anything that's not worthy of taking up space.
Make an intention for the way you wish to use your phone and social media in the upcoming year. If you love photography, consider getting a camera to dive into the art form. We encourage you to decide on one day a week of dedicated time off your phone. Start a tradition of hosting a weekly dinner with friends, exploring a new place in nature, volunteering with your community, reading and mastering your craft.
2. Do something that scares you
End your year by challenging yourself and proving that you can take on anything. Plan the solo adventure, say how you really feel to your cuffing season fling, be vulnerable. Uncomfortable situations are often opportunities for the deepest growth.
3. To: Me, I love you
Write yourself a love letter and save it to be opened at the end of 2024. Share stories, insightful moments, memories where you felt proud of yourself, personal successes, revelations and everything you’re grateful for experiencing.
4. Mantra
Now let go of everything that’s behind you and only call upon these memories for wisdom and strength. Make a mantra for your year! Here are some ideas:
I am ready to roar
I trust in my unique path
I am open to miracles
I will honor my purpose
5. Testing, testing
This is your responsible older sis talking. Make sure to get tested, especially if you do plan to partake in festivities and potentially make love with new partners. Visit Planned Parenthood to find a health center near you.
